Reservation/Payment conditions

Usually the reservation in Alpenpension HASLINGER should be place in a written form and is after the transfer of an advance to our account valid. You can settle your bill with cash, EC-card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diner's. 

The price are meant for one person and on night and all the taxes are included except the Local tax of Euro2,20 per Person (children up to 15 years are free) and night.

Terms of cancellation policy

If there is no valid cancellation insurance policy, then Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply:

Up to 60 days before the agreed day of arrival you can cancel free of charge.

Up to 1 month before the agreed day of arrival a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price shall be incurred. Up to 1 week before the agreed day of arrival a cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price shall be incurred. Less than 1 week before the agreed day of arrival cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price shall be incurred.

Charges and discounts

Special charge for stays shorter than 3 nights applies ( Euro 3,00 per Person and Night).  

Discounts for children in the room of their parents: up to 6th birthday free, up to 12th birthday 50% discount, up to 15th birthday 20% discount.

Check in and check out

Your room is ready for you in our  Alpenpension HASLINGER  from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. A later arrival should be mentioned during the reservation process.

We kindly ask you to leave your room before 10:00 a.m. 
 

Parking

Our guests have during their stay in our Pension in Bad Gastein a toll-free parking place in front of the house for their disposal.

Dogs

are welcome! We charge Euro 7.00 per day of the stay of your pet (without food). We kindly ask you to bring a basket or blanket along with you. The dogs are not allowed in the Breakfast room neither the Café bar.  

We are entitled to charge you in case a special final cleaning is necessary. 

Hours

You can have your breakfast at Alpenpesion HASLINGER between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m.

Our Café bar is opened from 10.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. 

Smoking/non-smoking

For the health and comfort of all our guests in our Pension in Bad Gastein we kindly ask you to smoke at the terrace only. All other parts of the Pension are non-smoking areas. All rooms as well as the Appartment are non-smoking rooms. Should you still smoke in our rooms, we are entitled to charge you with Euro 100,00 for the special cleaning. Should you use the balkony for the smoking, please keep the windows closed.

Local tax

€ 2,20 per Person and day
Children up to 15 years are free.
